Howard H. Painter is a West Virginia licensed Private Investigator and owner of Painter & Associates, LLC, which he established in 2001 following retirement as Warden of the Mount Olive Correctional Complex, West Virginia’s maximum security penitentiary. During his more than 36 year career working in jails and prisons in West Virginia, Howard conducted hundreds of investigations ranging from inmate and employee grievances to criminal activity involving inmates, staff and the general public.  Howard’s training, experience and interest in investigations led him to this second career.
